A luxury lodge is a high-specification, factory-built home designed for comfort, style and space. Omar lodges are crafted for permanent living, holidays or rental income, depending on the licence of the park it is sited on. They typically feature open-plan living, premium fixtures and fittings, and a wide range of customisation options.

Whether you can live in a lodge permanently depends on the park it is sited on rather than the lodge itself. All Omar Group lodges are built to residential standard BS 3632, so they are constructed for year-round comfort regardless of their intended use. To live in a lodge as your main, permanent residence, it must be sited on a park that holds a residential licence for year-round, permanent occupation. Omar lodges placed on holiday parks are built to the same residential standard, but the park’s licence may restrict how long you can stay at any one time.

An Omar Letting Lodge is a lodge designed specifically for holiday parks that want to generate rental income. Like all our lodges, it is built to residential standard BS 3632 for lasting quality and comfort, with hardwearing, practical specifications and stylish, guest-ready interiors that appeal to holidaymakers while standing up to the demands of frequent letting. They are an ideal choice for park operators and investors looking to add high-quality, low-maintenance holiday accommodation to their park.

Yes, our lodges are highly customisable. Starting from one of our standard models, you can tailor your lodge to your requirements, from layouts and interior finishes through to features and exterior styling. This allows you to personalise your lodge to suit your taste, lifestyle and the surroundings of your park.

Our lodges come well equipped as standard, typically including a fitted kitchen complete with appliances, bedrooms with built-in furniture or walk-in wardrobes, bathrooms, a lounge and dining suite, flooring throughout, and soft furnishings. Full details are set out in the floor plan and specification for each model. There is also the option to add features such as home entertainment systems, additional appliances, saunas and a range of Eco Options to personalise your lodge further.

Most of our lodges are bought on a park, unless you have your own land. We can provide a recommended retail price for standard models, but this does not reflect the full ‘on-park’ price, which includes delivery, commissioning, infrastructure, and the land or plot.

The on-park price varies by location, plot size and position, park amenities, and extras such as decking, landscaping, and driveways. Premium locations, including the South East and popular coastal, riverside, or scenic areas such as Devon, Cornwall, and the Lake District, typically cost more. Yes, in many cases a lodge can be sited on private land, although this may be subject to obtaining the relevant planning permission and meeting siting requirements.
