Alderney Park is nestled between the magnificent New Forest National Park and the Solent in Barton on Sea and offers a comfortable and relaxed way of live.
The park itself comprises of ten high quality, luxury lodges in a gated area, all of which will have extensive decking , accessible from the living area. The luxury lodges range from 40’x20′ (with a decking area of approximately 13’x22′) and 45’x22′ (with a decking area of around 13’x26′).
The lodges are sold on a 25-year lease arrangement and can be occupied 365 days per year.
