How do I start?
Simply email sales@omar.co.uk and speak to one of our friendly team. We can arrange for you to sit down with one of our experienced industry-leading designers either at our headquarters in Brandon, Suffolk, or if its more suitable, we can visit you at home.
Will I be able to see any show homes?
Yes, we have a number of homes on display at our Showground’s in Brandon, Suffolk and in Hull. It may also be possible for you to view customer homes being built or awaiting collection.
Can I design my own home?
Yes, although we have an extensive range of standard homes, most of the homes we build have some element of individual design added by the customer with the assistance of our professional sales and design team.
Can I make changes to my plans?
Yes, our CAD and sales team are here to ensure that a floor plan is created to your specification, even down to the position of sockets and switches, in order to produce your perfect home.
Can homes be adapted for accessible living?
Yes, at Omar it is our mission to provide you with a perfect home, whatever your needs. On this basis we don’t provide one or two standard units for customers with disabled or accessible living needs, we are ready and able to bespoke design any model in our range to suit your individual living requirements. Depending on the modifications required, to help fund any additional equipment or fit-out items you may need, we will discount our standard retail sales price list on any accessible living solutions home by 5%.
Do I have much choice?
Omar have access to a vast choice when it comes to tiles, carpets and flooring, furniture, curtains and fixtures and fittings ensuring you will have all the choice you need to build your dream home.
How do I agree the specification?
During your visit to Omar, or after a visit by one of our account managers, our professional team will help guide you through choices you have for tiles, carpets, fabrics and other components required for your home. Once we have agreed with you the exact specification for each room, this is then collated into a specification plus a floor plan and elevation for your home. Once this specification is agreed and signed off by you it becomes the document which the factory will use to build your home.
