OPDS Exhibit At Farm Business Innovation Show

Omar Park Development Services is thrilled to be exhibiting at Birmingham’s NEC next week at the Farm Business Innovation Show. This is a key event specifically for farmers and landowners looking to diversify into the park and leisure home sector to reap additional income from their land.

The event runs on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd November alongside the Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Show and a trio of three further leisure industry events all under one roof and accessible with one ticket: the Family Attraction Expo, the Leisure F&B Expo, and the Leisure Toy & Gift Fair. The event is open from 10am – 5pm on Wednesday, and 10am – 4pm on Thursday, and OPDS can be found on Stand FM846 in Hall 12.

Farm Business Innovation is the largest exhibition of its kind, helping farmers with the tools needed to diversify their land. It provides a unique platform for landowners and farmers to get inspiration and see new opportunities in what their estate has to offer.

Omar Park Development Services is a natural partner for those looking to diversify into park development for the residential or leisure home markets.

OPDS Special Projects Director Richard Sigsworth said; “Developing land to create lodge or residential parks can be a very sound long-term investment. Every year across the UK a large number of parks are being developed, yet this is still a relatively niche sector, therefore the skills and expertise in this field can be hard to find.”

He continued; “OPDS can help to support farmers with guidance and information all through the process of creating a holiday lodge or residential park. Working alongside OPDS you will receive expert knowledge and working experience, in addition to access to the Site Development and Park Operations manuals. We can advise on planning, manage the construction phase of the development, manage the home delivery and siting stages, even decking options and identifying other key suppliers needed to take diversification projects through to completion.”

Alongside the other brands in the Omar Group, OPDS offers turnkey solutions from inception through to launch and beyond, supplying everything needed for a successful, finished park development project.

Richard concludes’ “OPDS is perfectly positiond to help enhance the capital value and commercial viability of a park, and we have a strong track record of great outcomes on parks which have performed beyond expectations. Furthermore, feedback we have received is that we have not only ensured that the process is relatively stress-free, but also carries a minimal level of risk – a key element any investor will appreciate.  We look forward to meeting prospective new park owners at the show and helping them start their development journey.”
