Omar is delighted to be exhibiting at The World Of Park & Leisure Homes Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire from 8th to 11th June (8th June, Trade Preview) – Stand M2 & M3. The show looks to be one of the biggest yet, and as the excitement builds, we are now able to reveal what showgoers will be able to look forward to on the Omar Group stand.
Several new interior design schemes will be on display; in the Ikon, Colorado, Middleton, Regency, Vision and Image park homes. Also on display will be a top-of-the-range Heritage park home, the ever-popular Anniversary park home and a new version of the Heron luxury lodge with an alternative layout to the standard version.
The range on display at the show is the result of significant work and input from Omar Group’s new design team, showcasing their dedication to keeping things fresh, tempting and uplifting for buyers. With 10 models on show, the selection on display offers something for all tastes and budgets.
Here’s a bit more about the luxury park homes and lodges to be on display:
The Heron 45’ x 20’ Luxury Lodge
New floor plan
The Heron’s beautiful interiors have been a big hit with buyers, combining classic styling with a modern twist. This new version will combine that beautiful décor with a more traditional lodge layout derived from the Kingfisher, another of Omar’s best-selling lodges, to create a second, pitched-roof option for buyers to explore. The open-plan layout lends itself to easy living, with two sets of bi-fold doors that will open out onto decking to extend the living space for immersion into the park location.
The lodge on display will also feature solar panels and battery storage – a popular choice for parks and owners keen to improve on their sustainability.
This two-bedroomed lodge is perfect for ownership, with a large bedroom, walk-through wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

The Ikon 45’ x 20’ Park Home

The Ikon has always dressed to impress, so it’s always ready to ‘strut its stuff’ in iconic designer style with new fabrics and colourways. Modernity is also a key element of the new Ikon design theme this year, with striking prints bordered by calming colours, contemporary furnishing and fittings, and black trim and mirrors all used ingeniously to add edge and energy to the design throughout. Light floods into this home from tall, full-height windows, and there’s great symmetry throughout, even in the two similarly-sized double bedrooms.

The Colorado 45’ x 20’ park home

The Colorado is Omar’s longest-standing signature home, with a distinguished outline externally, and a traditional layout with a classy feel. The interior has been given a bold new feel for 2023, using striking blues and burnt orange to add a modern contemporary twist. The 45’ x 20’ version on show will incorporate a utility room and office, leaving room for two large double bedrooms, one with walk-through wardrobe and en-suite. For those wondering if all their belongings will find a home in their move, this model should allay all fears as there is ample storage capacity throughout, and uplifting, functional areas to make living easy and enjoyable.

The Image 40’ x 20’ park home

The Image is one of Omar’s most accessibly priced models, and it’s been given a makeover for 2023 making it feel far more luxurious and indulgent than expected at that level. Clever use of calm, soothing colours, tones and textures in duck egg blues, greys and creams make it feel restful and inviting, adding to the level of character and appeal significantly. Transforming this home into a sophisticated space, the new interior makes it the perfect show-home for any park, impossible not to fall in love with!

The Vision 44’ x 20’ Park Home

Another home set to offer an exciting layout and interior combination this year is the Vision. The interior will adopt the same new interior scheme as the Image, with light, subtle duck-egg blues, greys and cream as the palette. Restful and calming, this interior also lends itself to the original interior layout of the Vision, which is configured with more restful seating and chillout zones than a regular park home. Combining the best of both worlds and a great sense of luxury and space, this version lends itself to a sophisticated, calm park environment but at an accessible price point. The master suite and second, double bedroom offer extensive storage space, and for those who like to have guests to stay now and again it offers plenty of dining and socialising zones.

Look out for the new interior design scheme in the Middleton, as it is set to be a modern interpretation of a classic home, bringing it bang-up-to-date and adding fresh allure throughout. So, while the two-bedroomed layout will feel familiar, the design will incorporate sumptuous tones of grey and rose gold, with natural materials and textures to add additional earthy texture and tone. The design team has been let loose on this version, and we expect it to breathe new life into this fond favourite in a way that could make it a real crowd-pleaser.

The Regency 40’ x 20’ Park Home

The Regency is one of Omar’s more traditional residential models, with a traditional exterior and layout. It sports a beautiful new colour scheme in soft and soothing natural green tones and pretty floral patterns in the soft furnishing and window dressing. It also demonstrates Omar’s ability to bespoke elements of every home to suit either the plot or individual buyer’s requirements, as this version has a non-standard entry porch with access to the front elevation. This means that the flow from the lounge to dining area and on to the kitchen will feel fresh and new, clearly defining these as separate living spaces but with great continuation.

The Heritage 50’ x 20’ Park Home
The top-of-the-range Heritage is a popular home in Omar’s range and with good reason as it’s truly luxurious. The exterior features an extended dormer supported by fluted pillars and inside, stunning interior design and luxury features can be found throughout. The Anniversary on show at Stoneleigh this year is the standard model – so good that they haven’t changed it for 2023 and back by popular demand!
