At the first of this season’s large outdoor shows, the Park and Holiday Homes Show, Berkshire, Omar impressed the crowds once more with its re-design of the class leading Regency and Sandringham park homes, accompanied by two Lodges the brand new Apex lodge with Roof Terrace for the first time and the new 2013 Kingfisher.
Omar displayed two of its popular park homes: 40 x 20 Regency in its new 2013 colour scheme, which further lifts this outstanding affordable park home and provides outstanding quality and value for money as an entry-level unit. And the 40 x 20 Sandringham with a fresh face, improved layout and truly outstanding colour schemes which make this an even more desirable home.
The brand new Regency boasts as standard a shower room en-suite with fully porcelanosa tiled shower, walk-in wardrobes to the master bedroom, feature front door framed by lintel pilasters with feature dormer above and feature lights. The home also has two box bays, Georgian bar windows, corner quoins and comes fully furnished with built-in appliances. The new interior; featuring a spacious lounge with a soft stone coloured sofa and chairs and contrasting plum silk effect curtains and rope tassel tiebacks. The master bedroom now has a feature wall behind the headboard in a soft powder blue and cream floral design which compliments the matching floral curtains. The brand new acacia kitchen units with stainless steel single electric fan oven and fully tiled splash backs gives this home a truly residential feel.
For years, the Sandringham has been a favourite of both trade and retail customers and the 2013 model displayed at Newbury is will just reinforce this fact, with its full length curved bay windows to the front aspect, French doors to the dining area, and full length feature window in the master bedroom which lets the light flood in giving a bright and airy feel to the master bedroom which enjoys the benefit of a fully tiled en-suite shower room. The velvet chenille sofa and armchairs give such a warm and luxurious feel to the lounge, whilst the round oak dining table and chairs along with the matching lamp and coffee table add a real touch of class and make such a huge statement in the lounge and dining area. The new kitchen colours are fresh and link the kitchen, lounge and dining area perfectly. The brand new 2013 model fully furnished with built-in appliances and colour scheme continues to show the class and exquisite design Omar has to offer.
Omar also displayed two luxury lodges: 38 x 20 Apex with Roof Terrace, a brand new lodge for 2013 which is receiving outstanding reviews, a truly spectacular home, which proves popular with parks and people alike. And the 40 x 20 Kingfisher, Omar has another outstanding winning combination of style quality and elegance with the Kingfisher.
Omar showed the Apex with its first ever RT feature. With an exterior theme of soft sand colours in canexel and Gayle grey windows and facia. This model was chosen by ByWaves Park near Chichester, West Sussex, which enjoys stunning, views across the Bracklesham Bay – the home is perfect for its beach location. The luxury lodge was a 38 x 20, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home. Inside the theme continued with soft pale blue sofas and aqua blue tones to the bedrooms.
The Kingfisher lodge continued the luxurious and elegant feel to all of the Omar homes offered at the Newbury Show, the Kingfisher has been the market leading lodge since its launch in the 1980’s and it continues to set the standard for luxury lodge living.
