In order to help you sell your Omar park home or lodge we have put together a Marketing Support Service. This includes:
- Retail Sales - We have a dedicated retail sales team who qualify all our retail enquiries and refer them to parks that match their requirements (where consent is given).
- Park Home & Lodge Finder - A listing on our website Park Home & Lodge Finder for all new Omar show homes, lodges and / or plots available to site an Omar show home. Simply let us know what homes, lodges and plots you have available / on order and we will list them for you.
- Open Days - Listings on our website Events / Open Days page to advertise any open events that you may have planned. Again, just let us know of any open events planned and we will list them for you.
- Shows - There may be the opportunity to work on the Omar Group stand at various events throughout the year. Contact us for more information.
- Social Media - Let us know what show homes you have and any open days planned so we can schedule posts on social media. Simply keep us in the loop with what you're doing to benefit from social media shout-outs.
- Featured Park - Each month we list a new park on our website as a Featured Park, this includes a page about the park and heightened social media activity. Please let us know if you would like your park to be featured.
- Brochures and POS - If you need brochures or point of sale materials for use on-park, please let us know.
- Images - We can supply images of our standard units for use in your marketing collateral; this can be particularly useful if you have homes or lodges on order and want to start marketing them before they actually arrive.
