Odds Farm Park Estate - OPDS Case Study

Odds Farm Park Home Estate is an established residential park nestled away in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside close to the lovely villages of Wooburn Green and Bourne End. OPDS has partnered with the owners of Odds Farm Estate, Jackie and Steve Vinden, to operate and manage their 50 plot residential park for the retired and semi-retired.

OPDS have been instrumental in the day-to-day running of the park, including managing relationships with residents and the residents association, liaising with the local authority in regard to implementing licensing issues and managing the tendering of a complete infrastructure upgrade.

OPDS has used its comprehensive network of industry experts, together with its knowledgeable and experienced team to produce a new, comprehensive and informative website for the park www.oddsfarmestate.co.uk.

Working with OPDS has allowed Jackie and Steve to concentrate on their other business interests, whilst knowing the park is under professional management.

The work carried out by OPDS has resulted in Odds Farm Estate now being fully subscribed, together with a waiting list of customers should any homes become available for private home sale.
