Roof Refurbishment
First we will clean your roof, removing any moss or algae, then paint the roof using a specially formulated exterior paint (available in a variety of colours). The roof will then be finished with a weatherproof coating to ensure it stays maintenance free for many years.
If necessary, uPVC fascia boards, soffits and downpipes can also be replaced.
Full Roof Replacement
When replacing the entire roof is necessary, we will remove and dispose of any rotten or damaged roof trusses, then fit new trusses which will be treated to ensure they are weatherproof.
If a full roof replacement is being carried out there will be the option to insulate the roof. This will help to ensure your park home stays at the perfect temperature and may also help to reduce your heating bills!
The roof is then fitted with Metrotile tiles. These tiles come with a 40-year guarantee, are light-weight, weatherproof and are available in a variety of colours.
