Terms & Conditions

- Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who own a park home or lodge located within the counties listed on this link.
- Employees of Omar Group, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The promotion opens on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 October 2026.
- A qualifying booking is deemed to have been made once the quotation has been accepted in writing and deposit paid.
- To qualify, customers must, between 1 August 2026 and 31 October 2026, book a Full Park Home or Lodge Bathroom Refurbishment with an initial contract value of £6,000 or more (including VAT). If subsequent variations or credits reduce the contract value below £6,000, the booking will no longer qualify for this promotion.
- The refurbishment must be scheduled for completion no later than 31 March 2027.
- If the refurbishment is not completed by 31 March 2027 for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will no longer qualify for the Gift Voucher or Prize Draw.
- A refurbishment will be deemed complete when all contracted works have been finished and the final balance has been paid.
- A Full Bathroom Refurbishment is defined as the installation of a complete park home or lodge bathroom suite, flooring, wall finishes and ceiling finishes with an initial contract value of £6,000 or more (including VAT).
- Customers may choose from the following Omar bathroom collections, subject to availability, as shown on the Omar Group website: Legacy, Ikon, Anniversary, Westbury, Heritage, Breckland, Serenity, Colorado, Middleton, Image or Newmarket.
- One £150 Love2shop Gift Voucher will be issued per qualifying booking. The voucher will be dispatched within 28 days of completion of the refurbishment and receipt of full payment.
- The Love2shop Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
Prize Draw
- Each qualifying booking will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw. No additional action is required.
- The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 31 October 2026.
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random number generator within 14 days of the closing date.
- The winner will receive one Fortnum & Mason Hamper with a retail value of approximately £200.
- The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Omar Refurbishment Services reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The hamper will be dispatched directly by Fortnum & Mason or an appointed fulfilment partner.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
- If, for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
General
- By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Customers who cancel their qualifying booking before completion of the refurbishment, or whose contract is cancelled, will no longer qualify for the Gift Voucher or the Prize Draw.
- Personal information supplied will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and processed in accordance with Omar Group’s Privacy Policy, available here.
- The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity with no additional payment. Participation is voluntary.
- The surname and county of the winner will be available on request for three months following the draw. Anyone wishing to obtain these details should contact Omar Refurbishment Services. If the winner objects to all or part of this information being published, the Promoter will limit publication where appropriate while still providing the information to the ASA if required.
- Omar Refurbishment Services reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the administration of the promotion. This does not affect entrants’ statutory rights.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
