The Omar Group is celebrating a standout performance at this year’s prestigious park and leisure home awards, held on the penultimate day of the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show. In a highly competitive field, Omar secured three major accolades, reinforcing its position as one of the sector’s most innovative and trusted manufacturers.
The Group proudly took home Best Leisure Lodge of the Show for the striking Wessex Concept Lodge, alongside the coveted Sustainability Award. A further highlight came with a Highly Commended recognition for the ever‑popular Breckland residential park home.
Hosted by Park Home & Holiday Living Magazine in partnership with Quick Move Properties, the awards form part of the 2026 Home Champions series. Presented by Mark O’Dwyer, Sales Director at Quick Move Properties, the accolades celebrate businesses that go above and beyond for customers, raise industry standards and contribute meaningfully to the UK economy. As such, they are widely regarded as a benchmark for excellence across the sector.
SUSTAINABILITY AT THE FOREFRONT
The Sustainability Award recognised companies placing eco‑measures and environmental responsibility at the heart of their operations. Announcing the winner, Park Home & Holiday Living Editor Alex Melvin praised Omar’s long‑standing commitment to greener practices:

DESIGN INNOVATION
Commenting on the park home and lodge categories, Alex Melvin added:

The Wessex Concept Lodge was named Best Leisure Lodge of the Show, with judges highlighting its fresh layout, architectural styling and exceptional build quality. Omar also earned a Highly Commended in the Best Park Home of the Show category for the Breckland, one of the brand’s most popular residential models.

Omar also extended warm congratulations to fellow winners on the night, including several long‑standing partners.
- Helping Hands Award – Lisa Buchan, Park Manager at EKOS Group’s Castle View Court
- Industry Innovator of the Year – Karen Mason at My Safe Place, who joined Omar on the stand this year
- Supplier of the Year – Titans Transport, the team who supported Omar in achieving its first‑ever siting of a park home in the heart of Westminster earlier this year.
