Stylish and contemporary, the new Regal Vista is a luxury, one-bedroom pod, offering a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. Built to BS EN 1647, on a fully galvanised chassis, it delivers excellent durability and high thermal efficiency.

The striking exterior with Solvo Natural Oak-Black cladding, features a covered, decked area with feature lighting, creating an inviting space to relax, while large patio doors allow natural light to flood the interior and seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living.

Inside, vinyl flooring runs throughout, enhancing the clean, modern finish. The lounge area, thoughtfully designed for flexibility and comfort, is complete with a pull-out sofa bed with scatter cushions, a feature swivel TV, and a clever metamorphic lift-up coffee / dining table. Fully lined curtains with tie-backs and nets add a touch of softness, while USB sockets provide convenient modern connectivity.

The contemporary fitted kitchen offers generous storage along with a stylish matte black sink and tap, marble-effect worktop and splash-back, electric hob, microwave-oven combi, and an integrated under-counter fridge freezer – delivering everything needed in a stylish, space-efficient layout.

In the master bedroom there’s a luxurious, kingsize lift-up bed with a large statement wall-mounted headboard, coordinated dressing table stool, scatter cushions and bed runner. There’s also a fitted dressing table with stool and mirror, bedside cabinets, a feature radiator, vertical blinds, and generous storage provided in a mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors.

Completing the pod is a beautifully appointed bathroom with a luxury double-ended bath, fully enclosed shower with sliding glass door, feature black radiator, and a separate toilet.
