The Breckland has been designed to deliver a modern take on cottage styling, and it has a unique identity that will help it to truly stand out on parks.

That character starts externally, with brick and CanExel feature panels on a stucco background, and a dormer over the entrance. Packed with characterful touches and luxurious elements inside, it’s all about the ambience with the Breckland, although it is as practical as it is pretty!

The farmhouse kitchen/diner is undoubtedly the hub of the home, with a softly-lit Welsh dresser, Belfast sink and inset cooking area. The lounge is just as inviting and cosy with built-out fireplace and wooden mantle, and the colour theme connects every room either via the cabinetry or panelled feature walls. There’s room for a study in selected footprints, and the bedrooms have just as much character. The master suite has a grand country-house hotel feel thanks to the feature wall and headboard, and the window seat has useful storage below.
