Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Administrator)

Reporting to: Sales Office Manager

Hours of Work: Normal hours of work are 37½ hours per week (0830hrs – 1700hrs, Monday to Thursday with a 45min break, Friday 08:30hrs-15:30 with a 30min break). However, your hours would be best described as those necessary to fulfil the duties and responsibilities that the job demands.

Place of Work: This position is based at our Brandon office.  It may however involve very occasional travel and overnight stays.

Main Purpose of Job: We are seeking a detail-orientated and organised Administrator to join our team of Sales Coordinators.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake on the job training to learn company specific processes and standards.
  • Host bespoke customer specification meetings on site.
  • Process specifications / sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. 


  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data on the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of paperwork to customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.


  • Issue confirmed specifications to production.
  • Perform general administration tasks, such as filing, data entry and scheduling appointments.
  • Occasional assistance at off-site Trade Shows, as and when required.
