Many parks have open days or you can book an appointment to visit parks and show homes.
Consider location, local amenities and also park specific factors such as age limitations or, if you have pets, if they’re allowed. If you’re intending to live in the home as your primary residence then it’s also important to make sure that your chosen park has a full residential licence.
Each manufacturer produces a range of models with different layouts and colour schemes and there is also the opportunity to bespoke tailor the home to your own requirements! Most manufacturers have a showground where you will be able to view a selection of homes; it’s worth checking before you go which models are available to view.
Shows and events are also a great place to view a wide range of homes from all the main manufacturers. Here you will be able to get answers to any questions you might have, speak to both manufacturers and parks and get impartial advice from organisations such as the NCC (National Caravan Council) and the BH&HPA (the British Holiday & Home Parks Association).
