Director of Production (Hull)
Pete Williams joined Omar in December 2015 as Hull Factory Manager and played a key role in developing the Hull site from its early beginnings into a successful manufacturing facility. He was instrumental in bringing the new Hull production facility on-line and is now responsible for the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes as Director of Production (Hull).
Pete’s role has developed and grown to include Group Health & Safety Lead, driving major improvements across the business. He has implemented SOPs and Risk Assessments across the Group, works closely with insurers to ensure full compliance, and introduced Near Miss reporting alongside clear, measurable Health & Safety KPIs. Pete’s leadership has helped embed a strong, proactive safety culture across all sites.
