Group Chief Executive
Graeme joined Omar Group in October 2018 and is Group Chief Executive. He has successfully led the business through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and significant economic and market uncertainty.
He joined from Shepherd Neame, where he spent four years as Managing Director of the brewery. Prior to this, Graeme held a number of senior roles at PepsiCo and brings over 30 years of commercial experience spanning sales, marketing, production and logistics.
A seasoned business leader, Graeme has an exceptional track record in business strategy implementation and negotiation. His tenacity and drive has delivered strong sales growth, consistently outperforming both the wider market and key competitors.
