Customer Service & Commercial Director
Scott joined Omar Group in January 2021 assuming the newly created position of Director of Customer Services and in 2021 was promoted to the role of Customer Service & Commercial Director.
With significant industry and customer care experience, and a history of consistent achievement, Scott joined Omar Group from NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) where he was Head Of Customer Service & Head of site. Prior to that that he held the position of Property and Portfolio Director of Awaze, Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business.
