Dean Westmoreland BA (Hons) FCMA | Group Chairman & Chief Executive
Dean joined Omar in January 2010 and became controlling shareholder in March 2010; he is an experienced hands on business leader with a track record of business improvement. His background is in manufacturing operations which have included high tech capital goods and luxury FMCG products. He has strong commercial skills having worked in a plc environment, for a quoted US group and in senior management roles for portfolio businesses of Permira the successful private equity house.
Roy Greenacre | Group Operations Director
Roy was appointed as Production Director in May 2010 having worked his way through a number of operations management roles. He is responsible for Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities and After Sales/Customer Care Service. He has 25 years of service with Omar and joined the business on the shop floor; his first step into management was a supervisor’s position with the Omar UPVC business.

Tim Silk | Group Finance Director
Tim brings with him over 30 years of senior executive experience in head of finance roles and has worked for ICI and Phillips group companies. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, Tim studied at London South Bank University.

Peter Berwick | Group Sales & Design Director
A long standing and well known respected industry professional, Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the park home and lodge industry holding a number of general management and senior sales roles prior to joining Omar Group in October 2014. Peter brings with him a strong proven history and has excelled in areas such as product development, customer relations, business development and people management. Peter is responsible for the direct sales force, the commercial back office, our show centre as well as having key involvement in strategy, marketing, design and product development.
David Maguire | Group Supply Chain and IT Director
David is responsible for Logistics, Procurement and IT at Omar. Trained as a Production Engineer in the automotive industry he holds a degree in industrial and business studies and completed post graduate studies at Cranfield University. He is a materials management specialist and has worked on assignments for Laura Ashley, Airbus & Alstom in the UK and Permira in the US on a turnaround project.
Richard Sigsworth | Special Projects Director
Richard is Omar Group’s Special Projects Director; a major part of his role is to head up Omar Park Development Services. Omar Park Development Services is a new division of Omar which aims to support and stimulate the market by using Richard, the Omar team and a specially assembled panel of experts to advise parks. Omar’s expert panel are experienced industry practitioners with skills in planning, infrastructure, design and procurement and they are here to support park owners and operators helping them to evaluate, and ultimately deliver their plans to improve and develop their parks. Richard has an almost unique knowledge of the park industry having held senior roles with a number of large park groups such as Tingdene Parks, Britannia Parks and Regency Park Life Group as well as having worked for manufacturers such as Wessex Park & Leisure Homes and Tingdene Homes.

Lee Pearce | Technical Director
Lee is well respected in the industry and has over 27 years technical and design experience, much of which was gathered during his two stints at Omar. Lee originally joined Omar when the group acquired Brentmere Ltd in 1997, he then left the company in 2009 and spent 5 years at Homeseeker as Head of Design and Technical. In 2014 Lee re-joined the Omar team in view of replacing John Hobday-Pepper on his retirement. Lee has responsibility for all technical aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with both British and European standards for the construction of park and leisure homes. His line of responsibility includes technical projects, the CAD Office and Quality, Lee also represents Omar on the NCC technical panel.
Karen Wilson | Human Resources Director
Karen joined Omar Group in July 2017 from Sepura PLC in Cambridge where she was in a HR leadership role, responsible for approximately 300 people. Prior to this she was with JDR Cable Systems Ltd as Human Resources Manager, managing a team of HR professionals and administrators. Karen has a strong HR background, and experience in both the UK and the US. Karen has two degrees; English Literature from Jesus College, Cambridge and Maths and Statistics from the Open University.
Terry Scicluna | Group Non-Executive Director
Terry is a highly experienced business leader who has grown and transformed a number of businesses in the UK and internationally. Principally with a background in retail, health and the services sector, Terry brings with him another world-view and a strong focus on customer service and end user consumers. Prior to joining Omar, Terry has had 16 years’ experience in Chief Executive and Managing Director roles with Integrated Dental Holdings, Walgreens Boots Alliance and Thorn Europe.
