Omar were proud to be exhibiting five homes at the World of Park and Leisure Show 2013 at Stoneleigh. The Omar Park Homes’ display of products included the 40 x 20 Ashbourne Bungalow, a fabulous new home designed deliberately not to look like a park home but as the name suggests a residential bungalow. The brand new 2013 40 x 20 Regency accompanied by the 34 x 22 “Baby” Middleton, a new delivery proving small is beautiful. The new better than ever 2013 40 x 20 Sandringham premium park home and the industry acclaimed eye catching brand new 45 x 20 Apex luxury lodge.

The new Ashbourne Bungalow really caught the eye of both trade and retail customers at Stoneleigh with a hip roof like a traditional, brick built bungalow finished with over 2,000 individual tiles as opposed to the usual steel-bonded, pantile roofing park homes usually sport. The exterior had a solid brick finish up to the windows with a smooth render above. This home is a truly residential bungalow and continues Omar’s commitment to quality and innovation; it was on view to the public for the very first time at Stoneleigh. The exterior was described by many as changing the face of park homes.

The “Petite” Middleton exhibited at Stoneleigh is a brand new and ingenious layout which feels so much bigger than it actually is and is designed for smaller plots but still offering excellent sized rooms throughout. A quality luxury park home, a petite version of the Middleton, launched in celebration of the recent royal wedding to mark the upcoming royal baby. The 34 x 22 home has been designed to cater for those with a more traditional taste. And finally the industry acclaimed 45 x 20 Apex. This was the only lodge Omar took to the show and received outstanding reviews and plaudits. The Apex is a winning combination of style, quality and elegance. The extensive glazing to the lounge creates a spacious and light living area. This is gracefully furnished with soft pale grey Belgium Chenille sofas and attractive Charcoal and coffee coloured roman blinds to the full-length feature windows, give a real executive feel to the lounge. The dining and kitchen area are semi open-plan with a cleverly created central feature wall which houses the TV and wall hung fire.
