The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire proved to be another great success for Omar. With three exciting new models on show – the all-new Atrium luxury lodge, the stylish 2017 Colorado and the affordable 2017 Accent park homes, alongside the award-winning Anniversary and popular Regency park homes, there was something to suit all tastes and budgets!
The all-new Atrium luxury lodge with its cool, contemporary interior design proved to be a real showstopper!
Clad in Canexel (available in a range of other colours and claddings), the symmetrical exterior has a lovely holiday vibe thanks to folding doors to the living area and French doors to each bedroom.
Designed especially to make the most of a view, the folding doors open up the living space on a warm sunny day to extend the living area outside, and skylights to the kitchen and lounge areas allow light to flood in throughout the day.
Simply furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a feature wall with white panelling houses a contemporary styled inset fire and built-in white ash glazed cabinets with feature lighting provide space for ornaments or for a selection of holiday reading matter.
Two generous sized bedrooms sit either side of the central living space. The master bedroom has a large stylish en-suite and the second, twin bedroom conveniently sits next to the family shower room (accessed either from the hall or from the bedroom itself).

Omar’s iconic signature park home, the Colorado, which received its first outing at Stoneleigh in its new 2017 guise, also went down a storm!
The new model retains its distinctive Dutch barn style roof and large dormer, but has a more contemporary look with large Georgian bar windows.
Inside, beautiful new interior design and a soothing neutral colour scheme, highlighted by fawns and duck egg greens flows throughout. The spacious lounge / dining area is light and bright thanks to large windows and feature glazing from the hall. Here a comfortable lounge suite, sideboard, coffee table, dining table and a feature wall-mounted fireplace come together to create a wonderful contemporary living space.
With a full array of integrated appliances, the galley-style kitchen is designed to make the most of space and is practical too. There’s more than ample cupboard space and an eye-level oven means no bending down to take out the Sunday roast!
Through into the stylish bedrooms and there’s a wonderful relaxed feel. The contemporary and stylish 2017 Accent park home was another hit with its striking new exterior design features and earthy colour scheme.
The exterior of the new 2017 model retains many of the popular features of its predecessor but now includes French doors to the fully glazed façade and feature Canexel cladding around the windows on the side elevations and to the roof dormer.
The spacious open-plan living area is wonderfully light and airy thanks to the glazed façade and skylights over the lounge area. Here, a comfortable lounge suite provides the perfect place to sit back and relax, and to the dining area, a pendant light over the extending dining table creates a lovely ambience for entertaining.
Through into the semi open-plan kitchen and white Havana shelves open through from the kitchen to the lounge; this design feature provides the perfect space for display and further enhances the feeling of space. A full array of integrated appliances can be found here, and contemporary aircraft-style top-lockers provide plenty of storage space without compromising on style.
A lovely warm colour scheme highlighted by clove and indigo flows through into the bedrooms. Wall-mounted headboards, fitted wardrobes and freestanding bedside cabinets can be found in both bedrooms and the master bedroom includes a convenient en-suite shower room.

Designed in celebration of Omar’s 50th Anniversary in 2015, the award winning Anniversary park home, two years on from its initial launch,again drew in the crowds!
The distinctive exterior benefits from boxed out windows, pale blue cladding detail (other colour options available), a feature front door under a central recessed roof dormer, Juliet balcony to the master bedroom and unique sunroom off the dining area for peace and tranquility.
