Omar Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Lee Baxter as the new Sales Director for Omar and Wessex park and leisure homes. Lee’s appointment strengthens the senior leadership team following a period of unprecedented challenges, and at a time of significant growth and expansion for Omar Group and the marketplace in general.
Lee joined the company on 1st November and will be leading Omar’s customer strategy, ensuring expectations are exceeded in terms of customer experience. This comes as the Group navigate an exciting phase in development, reaping the benefits of an expanded Hull facility and the addition of Regal Leisure Homes, in an all new manufacturing facility, into the Group.
Lee will take responsibility for existing customer relationships, as well as identifying new opportunities to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Lee comes with significant commercial experience, most recently having spent 16 years with Heineken UK in a number of senior sales roles, latterly as Wholesale Director. Prior to that, Lee was with Brakes, a food and distribution company supplying food, drink and other products, mainly to the catering industry in the UK.
