The location of your home is obviously extremely important. Many parks are conveniently placed to ensure that day-to-day living is stress free with good access to local facilities, roads and bus routes. Some parks also offer leisure facilities.

Choose your park

Firstly and most importantly find your Park. Omar can supply you with a general guide of parks but the most advisable route would be to contact the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH & HPA) on 01452 508518 or visit their website www.bhhpa.org.uk. This association is the governing body of parks throughout the UK and is able to supply you with comprehensive information on recommended parks. For those customers wishing to site a home on their own land get in touch with our sales team to discuss your options.

Check your Park has plots available

The park will be able to inform you of the size of plots available, which will determine the size of home you are able to purchase. Delivery times will also be available from the park. This may vary from park to park. Secure your plot with the park owner, who will then officially place an order with Omar on your behalf. For those who require immediate availability, some parks may be stock homes available for sale. Our sales team will be able to provide you with details of these parks.

What will be the final price of my home?

All financial transactions will take place between the park and yourself. The Park Manager will supply you with a total "on site" price which will be dependent on the location of the park, model of home your choose, park facilities and plot position. The final price will be charged directly to you by the park. Please note that the Omar price list is a recommended ex-factory price for the home itself and is not a final "on site" price.

Delivery of your home


Once again this will be organised by the park. A final availability date for your home should be obtained from the Park Manager.
