At Omar we appreciate that each individual will wish to complete their home with their own personal finishing touches. As our website illustrates each model has a set décor scheme but there is an option to incorporate other schemes into your home from across the range. The price for each option change is dependent on the model chosen and will therefore be available on application from your park or distributor.

Optional extras

We can also supply optional extras such as integrated appliances, burglar alarms and exterior taps. For those wishing to view a selection of our options available a visit to our Display Centre is advisable, or alternatively you may request an Options Brochure from our sales team.

Study options

For 2006 we have introduced the option of converting second bedrooms, where layouts allow, into a study. This is achieved by deleting standard bedroom furniture and replacing with a sofa bed and desk. An additional charge would be incurred for this change. For further details of this option please see our floor plan booklet. Shown to the right is the Sheringham study option.

Standard fittings and optional extras

Each model featured on this website includes as standard:- plasterboard interior walls, natural gas central heating by combination boiler, plumbing for washing machine, electric feature fire and surround.
